She raised her two children in Cedar Park after purchasing her first home there in 1997, giving her a personal connection to the area and the opportunity to watch it grow into one of the most sought after communities in the region. Licensed since 2005, she has successfully guided clients through every type of market cycle, from the foreclosure years to today’s competitive environment. Her experience provides clients with perspective, professionalism, and strategic insight in any market.

The team also maintains strong ties to the Lake LBJ and Highland Lakes communities. Lake LBJ has been part of Shelly’s life since 1989. In 2005 she purchased property in the area and later designed and built her lake home. What began as a retreat has grown into a true second home, allowing her to offer clients a genuine understanding of the lake lifestyle and the unique opportunities that come with waterfront living.
